About Us
Lafontaine French Macarons is owned and run by a father daughter duo Albert Lafontaine and Monique Lafontaine, Working together to make and serve delicious macarons and warm fresh coffee. The store was opened July 28th 2021, and has been working hard to give our community smiles and sweets. Starting from farmers markets to opening a store has been much working but very rewards and were forever grateful!

Father, and long time chef with 30 years of experience, Albert worked hard studying pastries and pastry school in Florida and mastered the art of macaron making, July 28th the store opened and began sharing his delicious macarons with the community.

Daughter and Primary barista/ Cashier, Working hard to create coffee of all types, hot and cold, talking and working with costumers and helping out behind the scenes to bring life to the shop and it contents.
